Quick Closing Question

What is the name of your state? California

Hey HomeGuru... We're almost there... and thanks for your help the other day!

I have a dumb question that I realize is mortgage related and I would put the question it to our loan broker, but he is out of town at the moment and we are trying to figure out which day we will be most likely be taking occupancy...



What's the typical time-frame from doc signing to closing?

Does the following sound probable, or is there likely an additional day between funding and closing?
a) Loan signing Monday,
b) fund and close Tuesday, and
c) occupancy Wednesday per the contract (COE+1)
