Quit claim deed/easment

What is the name of your state? California My brothers recently sold a 45 acre parcel adjacent to my 4.5 acre parcel. My brothers are part owners of the 4.5 acre parcel, but they are Quitclaim deeding off this 4.5 acre parcel. My question is...there is a recorded easement that runs through my 4.5 acre parcel for access to the 45 acre parcel. Do I have to add this easement to the Quitclaim deed that I am filing? Note: the easement is currently recorded separately. And do you think this easement is noted on the new 45 acre parcel owners deed? Should it be?
