Rat issue disclosure

What is the name of your state? CA

I had a rat problem in my house and I fixed it so that
rats could not get in. Now I am selling my house. Do
I need to disclose this fact to the buyers, in addition to
all the other standard CA disclosure? Thanks.

**A: of couse you do. If you didn't, you'd be a dirty rat. Read the CA disclosure law.

If you were buying this house, would you want this disclosed to you?
