RE Attorney not seeking approval

Massachusetts - I am selling my condo and working with an attorney. The perspective buyer asked to put in a clause to the P&S stating that a certain condition had to be met prior to closing - in this case some tiles on a floor needed to be replaced. The buyer asked for $1500 off if there was no replacement, the attorney agreed (without consulting me) to $750. As it turns out the tiles are the responsibility of the condo association - This was in the condo docs which were given to the attorney...

Do I have any recourse with the attorney -

1. He made a deal with the buyer without consulting me - in fact, he did call me after the fact and said, if you don't like the deal, then you can find another attorney.

2. I was not to be responsible in the first place since the condo docs state the the association should make repairs to this particular part of the building.

The attorney pays the $750. If you get any flack, report this turkey to the State licensing office.
