RE Listing Agreement Termination

What is the name of your state? New Hampshire
I had two RE agents come to my house to perform a market analysis two weeks ago and signed a listing agreement with one which states that the house will not be put in the MLS until March 1st. I want to terminate this agreement before the house is officially listed in MLS and sign on with the other agency because they offer a much lower commission. The first agent took the original signed listing agreement with them but did not provide me with a copy of it. Is there a time frame to terminate this listing agreement in view of the fact that we both agreed in writing that the house will not be ready to show and list in MLS until March 1st? What can I do to get out of it before the house is entered into MLS?

**A: you already signed the contract so must now read the contract and talk to the principal broker. The MLS issue is not relevant.
