Ready for closing..need anwsers soon!

What is the name of your state? Tx
I am selling my house and have a buyer. My husband and I have went our separate ways. I owned the house before marrying my husband. Was told he needs to sign a "non-homestead affidavit and designation of homestead". What happens if he refuses to sign this form?

What did your agent or Atty tell you?

Now if you have no agent you most assuredly need an Atty to handle this transaction to see it is properly done.
