real estatestate of ohio. (4) mutual friends have a verbal agreement with the intent for the sellers to produce a typed agreement for all of us to sign(never happened). Now they want us out of "their" home. Can this happen, when there is no signed agreement by either party and I have receipts showing improvments made to the property etc...? |
