Real Estate Contract Laws in Oklahoma

What is the name of your state? Oklahoma



We have a contract on our land including an escrow check. The buyer is now trying to back out. Is that legal? What grounds do we have to stand on?

One thing to note is the buyer is a very wealthy man who's son is an attorney.
