I live in Wisconsin. About 3 years ago I was having finacial problems. I had a house with a fair market value of $210,000 with a mortgage of $125,000. I was behind in my payments and a fellow came along and offered to buy my house for the price of a mortgage and I was to enter into a contract where after 4 years I would buy the house back for the $125,000 plus $30,000. He gave me his company name and his name with middle initial and showed me how I could check on him via the WI Court System. Everything appeared OK so I went throught with the sale. Recently I found out the company was a trust he had started the day before I had talked to him and he had given me the wrong middle initial in his name. In reality this fellow owned over 60 trusts in his name that were involved in over 300 various real estate law suits across three different states. Right after he bought the house he moved the deed to another one of his trusts and rather than paying off my mortgage he had it assigned to a third trust he owned. He then began a forclosure listing the trust he owned that held the mortgage as the Plantiff and the other trust he owned that held the deed as the Defendent, and listed me as a Defendent. My contract would then be voided via the Sheriff's sale. I contacted the FBI and WI Department of Justice and they indicated they had numerous complaints regarding this guy but unfortunately the wheels of justice grind slowly and nothing has yet to be done about him. I also fould out he spent 5 years in Federal prison about 20 years ago which I was also not aware of.

I would like to bring Civil Fraud charges against this guy but every attorney I talked to either wouldn't take the case because of it's complexity, or told me the cost of a fraud case against this guy was out of site. In tracking all his cases I see that when ever he loses he immediately appeals the case. I'm considering doing it myself. What I would like to know is what is the first document that has to be filed in court to begin a fraud case. From there I could probably research the internet for additional documents.

Boy, what a complex mess. Any luck on finding an attorney? Try legalmatch.com. Try to find an attorney, explain everything to the judge, ask for mercy, maybe the judge will feel sorry for you.
