Real estate held in jointureWhat is the name of your state? PA When real estate property is held in jointure by several (5) owners can 4 members force the remaining owner to sell the property if that owner is not in agreement with a sale? If so, under what conditions? What defence can stop a 'forced sale'? Thanx! |
