Real Estate Partnership?

Can anyone recommend a book on the subject of Real Estate Partnership - a group of friends wants to get together to buy small apartment buildings - The first step in this process is to get some kind of partnership on paper so we can be clear on as much as possible, however I have had no luck finding any kind of information or books on this subject - HELP - Are there any good books out there?????

How about some titles???

I know where to buy books - Do you have any name of titles that might be helpful??
