What is the name of your state? IL
Our clients purchased a condominium through an "As Is" contract. A week after the closing, during a rainstorm, our clients discovered severe leaking throught the windows and walls. On the disclosure form, the sellers claimed they knew of no leaking/flooding problems. Yet we discovered that the seller had the builder out a year ago to fix leaking in the windows. Do we have a claim against the seller under the disclosure form even though it was an "as is" contract?
