Realestate Agent Gave Out Keys Now House Damaged?

What is the name of your state?new mexico
undefined

My Mother had my sister evicted from her house. She had the house listed with a real estate agent. I know family squable and all big problems long story. The judge had rulled the house was now my moms possesion. My mom had all the locks changed. Took the keys to the real estate agent so she could show the house. She said she had someone very interested in it. My mom told her "not to give them (the keys)to any one esp my sister". The agent gave the keys to my sisters friend that she was stayign with and they procedded to strip the house. They removed the built in dishwasher. Toilet roll holders, shower heads, you name it even my moms underwear.
Now my sister says she is not responsible she did not have possecion of the keys the real estate agent did. True I think she(the agent should pay as well as my sister) is just as responsible. Now the house can not be shown it is trashed dirty and needs weeks of work! I am 1,00 miles away and can not do it.
My mom is elderly and has been taken advantage of. The agent is not with a national real estate company. thanks
