I listed my home for sale in August on a 6 month contract with an agent. Since then we have received a couple of offers below asking price with contingencies which we turned down. How does she know you INTENTIONALLY let the offer expire? IMO, she's blowing smoke. She needs to bring you a full price offer (which it was) with no contingencies (ready, willing and able buyer) to possibly collect a commission. How do you know the buyer was "able"? If the offer expired at 1:30 on Monday afternoon, the buyer was no longer "willing".
