Realtor won't help

What is the name of your state? Georgia
Are realtors allowed to sell you a home with water problems?

As long as the buyer is aware of the 'problems', of course.

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!

The Realtor has never lived in the house (unless, of course, he is selling his own house.)
The Realtor only knows what the Seller tells him. If the Seller does not tell the Realtor about problems with the home and does not disclose any of these problems on the Seller's disclosure, how is the Realtor to know? It is recommended that a Buyer get a Home Inspection on the home. Again, the Home Inspector may not find all the problems with the home.

However, if the Seller or Realtor know of any potential problems, they must be be disclosed to the Buyer.

The answer to the exact question you ask is YES a realtor can sell you a home wthout a roof if you want to buy it.
