arizona:
I would like to know two things:

First, upon re-signing my purchase agreement (6/1999) to receive the promotional offer of twelve-$100 mortgage coupons, two months later I received six-$100 & six-$50s. Questioned the company and no one knew about a promotion, yet they issued coupons to me. Question: Even though I have nothing in writing, what recourse is there to recoup the missing coupons? (If not for the promotion, I would have continued to shop around).

Second to determine loan eligibility, I had to sign a purchase aggreement and give a deposit (5/1999). That agreement states year as 1998. In 6/1999 a company rep told me that agreement was invalid due to incorrect amounts and I had to sign a new purchase agreement no later than 6/30/99. Question: A specs sheet found shows manufactured in 11/1998. My re-written agreement states the year of the home as 1999. They are telling me it refers to the "new model concept year," is there such a thing? And shouldn't 1998 be the basis for my insurance premiums & property taxes?
