My mother has recently decided that she would like to rent out our family home. She owns the home and is still paying it off, but doesn't have too much left to pay. She wants to rent out the home, but has no idea where to begin and what steps she needs to take to make sure all legalities are taken care of. At this time she can't afford expensive legal advice and needs advice on what exactly she needs to do in order to be able to rent the home out. Please Help!!!
