Florida - My sister and I are purchasing a house together. She will live in the house along with her fiance. He is a contractor and is will to help do some repairs or remodeling while living there. He is also willing to sign a quick claim deed prior to the weding to acknowledge that if they should seperate that he has no claim to the property.

If he does these repairs/upgrades even with the above details, would he have any claim to the property should they seperate; eiter before or after marriage?
