Required disclosures in MN

What is the name of your state? Minnesota

I recently purchased a home in MN that was remodleled in the 1990s. It was originally built in 1910 but was gutted and remodeled due to fire.

Are the previous owners required to disclose that the tv and phone jacks do not work in the second level of the home? As I've moved into the home, I've discovered that the existing phone and antenna jacks in the home do not go anywhere. Are the previous owners required to disclose this information that they do not work?

The ownership trail of the home is clear
