Resigning Contract/Still not moved in

What is the name of your state? West Virginia I signed a contract on Aug. 30 to purchase a double-wide trailer, needless to say it wasnt moved to my property till Oct 8. A week later the salemans called and said I needed to re-sign the contact because 40 days had elapsed. Reluctantly I did because of the slowness and non-communication on their part and re-signed Oct 24. Now 24 days later since its been delivered, still not in my home. This due to the fact to the delay on their part of not leveling the home for a week. It caused the centers to buckle and 2 ceilings are completely split open. One ceiling got wet and needs completely replaced. The home suffered much damage, holes in walls, broken fixtures, deep scratches in tub etc...too numerous to list. It will take another 2 weeks to get the parts in for the ceilings and walls, but they want me to move in anyway. My question is....Should I move in regardless of all the many problems? Can they hold me to the contract if I refuse to move in till ALL repairs are done? If the contract expires again without me being in my home does it release me from any financial obligations? Ive a feeling from researching the web on this company that once in my home they will hang me out to dry and Im stuck with a giant 2000 sq. ft lemon! Help!!!

**A: do not move in and immediately seek counsel from an attorney who will be able to review your contract and advise you accordingly.
