What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? VT
I have a right of first refusal for two adjacent lots.
I am looking to sell and i am wondering since it is written that I can not transfer this right, is there a way to maintain a small silent percent of the property so that the new owners would benefit from my right?

You could exercise your right of first refusal by buying the lots and then selling them to anyone you want to sell them to.
