Rubbermaid shed?

What is the name of your state? Michigan

I have sold my home, and planned to take the 8x8 rubbermaid shed with me. Buyer thought this was included in sale. It does not have a permanent floor, and is completely portable. Her realtor told her it was included . . .my realtor says it's mine. Who is right? It was not listed as an exclusion, nor did she ask for it in the purchase agreement.

**A: tell the Buyer to shed up and ask her Realtor to buy her a new shed. The shed is yours for the taking since it is not a permanent fixture and was not included with the sale of the real property.
