seller backing out after accepting offer

I made an offer on a commercial real estate property, the seller made a counter offer, and i came back with a counter offer which they accepted. I went to my realtor and initialed the changes and wrote out a check for earnest money. Now, a week and a half later, I received my check back and was told the seller accepted another offer. I asked about how they could do that since they accepted my offer, and they are denying that they even did so. The agent that was representing me was upset because she believes they clearly stated that they accepted my offer, and called me as soon as she heard from them. Is there anything that I can do? Thanks for any advice.
