More important......

What was the purchase price on the Real Estate Contract.....this includes any amendments**************..

If the purchase price on the Contract is different from the settlement statement.....you need to see the title/escrow company**************

Didn't you have a real estate agent or an attorney representing you?????

Who looked over the closing statement (HUD-1)?????

Did you sign it???
