seller insists on leaving some furnitureWhat is the name of your state? Florida I am going into closing soon (next week). Seller insists on leaving some furniture behind that I don't want, she refuses to get rid of the items. The contract doesn't say she can't leave it, but it also doesn't say she can. What are my options? |

| I'm not a lawyer. Is this some huge piece or multitude of furniture? If not, in your position, I would ask that the seller put the item on the curb for trash pickup or you could list it on Freecycle. Someone out there might want to have it and most Freecyclers will gladly haul things off. You can find out if there is a Freecycle in your area by going to http://www.yahoo.com and then click on the "Groups" icon and then search groups for your city and state and the word "Freecycle". Good luck! |
