Question
we bought a house March 24. the disclosure said that there were no broken windows or thermopanes. every single window in the house has a broken thermopane. is the seller liable for replacing the windows since he lied on the disclosure? if so, what action(s) should we take? Kristi and Rob, Nebraska

Did you inspect or have an inspection of the property prior to closing? If so, how come you were not aware of the problem then.

we didn't notice until after we moved in and turned the heat on that there was moisture condensing inside the windows. there was no professional inspection done.

Your recourse is against the Seller.

Contact your real estate agent and/or a real estate attorney.
