| we bought a house March 24. the disclosure said that there were no broken windows or thermopanes. every single window in the house has a broken thermopane. is the seller liable for replacing the windows since he lied on the disclosure? if so, what action(s) should we take? | we didn't notice until after we moved in and turned the heat on that there was moisture condensing inside the windows. there was no professional inspection done. |
