Seller lied on disclosure statement

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Michigan

My son bought a house where the seller lied on the disclosure statement. Does he have a claim against the seller? his realtor? listing agent?

Well depending on what the statement was the seller may be liable.

It's unlikely that any of the real estate agents have any liability.
