seller non disclosure

I bought a home in Indiana May 2001, moved in July 2001.

After moving in I found that a sitting room floor upstairs sloped significantly. No mention in inspection report or seller disclosure. Later found damage in laundry room which is underneath the sloped floor. Floor there is separated from outside wall and evidence of repairs on inside wall and outside brick. Appears that this section of house in sinking. Again, no mention in inspection report or seller disclosure. I didn't notice any of this when I viewed the house during a quick house hunting trip coming from overseas.

Any recourse under Indiana law?

Yes, there is recourse if the Seller knew.
Contact the home inspector and have him/her do a re-inspection.
