seller/realtor comminicationcaliforniaWhat is the name of your state? The buyers realtor is in direct contact with me. Isn't it the role of my realtor to be the in between person when it comes to communication. I also have little communication with my realtor and when i call his office no one will give me answers. How and can I fire my realtor or cut his commission. |

| Call your Realtor's manager and explain the problem. The listing belongs to the company not the person who listed your home.

| RE Supervising Broker in Kansas: Yes, get ahold of the Broker in Charge. Tell them what is going on..... At least in Kansas, if a real estate agent is aware that a principal has an agreement with another brokerage, they cannot lawfully contact that principal. But, there is an agreement that could be signed by the (SELLER), that would permit you to enter into "direct negotiations." but like I said......this is in Kansas**************but I would be that your state laws would have something similar.... ----- In addition, file a WRITTEN complaint with the local real estate board office and the state's real estate commission. The real estate agent may be in violation of your state's laws as well as the "Code of Ethics" that REALTOR(S) must abide by. Follow thru with it and get this RE Agent out of the business. |
