Seller refuses to fix sewer line before saleArizona. we are in a lease to own contract with $3k non refundable down in escrow. in dec. 02 the main sewer line to the street backed up and flooded our house. it happened again a week ago. 2 seperate plumbers roto-rooted and the seller/landlord paid for both instances. the plumbers said the roots were so bad that the main line would colapse soon. can the seller/landlord legally sell us this house with the main line so close to complete failure which by the way would cost appox. 3k to install a new one. |
