Seller taking the Fridge


What is the name of your state?MD/Is there a state law in Maryland that the seller has to leave a refrigerator?

My response:

Yes. It's the "Must Leave The Refrigerator Act" of 2001. It's the sister Act to the "Must Leave The Washer And Dryer Act" of 2000.

Did you list it as an inclusion in your contract?

I thought that was now commonly referred to as the "G.E Act." In pricier homes, it's called the "Viking Act".
