The seller who wouldn't leave....not into 3somes..

What is the name of your state? Alaska Anyone ever heard of a SELLER backing out of a deal?? We have a signed purchase contract but now the seller refuses to close (he sold way under market and probably now has suddenly realized it...) It was a FSBO so he has no real estate commission to pay. We absolutely LOVE the house and have been planning to move in....the seller has made up some lame excuse about his job transfer not coming through. Can we force him to sell??

You need to have your attorney review your contract.

A FSBO making a marketing error?

Nah, couldn't be.

Everyone knows that Realtors don't really do anything, or have any real skills.

Question

We're in the same boat right now

I am currently having the same problem now. I scheduled an appointment with an attorney today. I hope this worked out for you. All of our paperwork is done. The seller even signed over the deed and had it notorized, but now she wants to back out. please let me know what happened!

It may take a while to resolve.
