seller will not close

Utah the seller refuses to close because it will cost them $6000.00 this is a short sale and we all agreed on the last offer. we closed and know the seller refuses to close what can I do?

she said it will all work out if I fork out more money. I have had to extend my lock 3 times about $2000.00, paid for inspection and aprasile $700.00 had the gas turned on so it would not freeze $200.00 had they closed the first time it would have cost them nothing but a un secured loan for the second of $15000.00 at 4% intrest but my realitor has been 500 miles away most of the time.
