First, tell us EXACTLY what your contract says about your questions (but leave out personal and identifying info).

Hi
We read the contract over a couple of times, and we cannot find anything that would suggest we are responsible for the damages. Our Realtor is also saying that this issue with the inspector damaging the property is NOT part of the contract.
Here are 3 things that we found that can possibly be related to this:

(Again, the Sellers cashed the $50 check after we sent the termination papers).
Otherwise, there is absolutely nothing in the contract to suggest that we must pay for the damages.
Thank you again.

Is there anything that says you are ENTITLED/ALLOWED to damage the property?
