Question

Seller's disclosure

What is the name of your state? NJ

I am buying a house but the seller has not provided me with a disclosure statement. I have asked for one and was denied by the seller's agent. Should I worry about this?

Then turn the agent in to the Board of Realtors in your area, as well as her/his broker.
