Seller's disclosure

What is the name of your state? CA

I recently purchases a house "as is". The sellers did some non professional repair work on the roof after the home inspection and it now leaks. There is also a leak in the pool they failed to inform us about. They have since left the area to go on a "mission" and are unreachable according to the seller's agent. What can I do? I think they should be financially responsible; am I right and how do I go about it?

'As is'. I think you answered your own question.

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) filed in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.7M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!

**A: an as is sale does not relieve the seller from disclosing pertinent material facts pursuant to law.
