| Have cash offer for 8 yr, one owner residence with clear title - no mortgage. Located in Madision County Ohio. Realator is registered with Board of Realators in Franklin County Ohio. Realator insists the seller pays fees for termite inspection and gas line warrenty as well as purchase title insurance per the Columbus Bar Association (Franklin County). Have bought and sold many residences over the last 40 years and have never had to pay these fees before - never dealt a realator like this one before either! |

| So what is your question? Those fees are typical "Seller fees". The title is Realtor not Predator. |

| Excuse me - you give snotty answers. My "realtor" is a predator. (1) The asinine rules for selling property in Bugtussel should not apply to property being sold in Podink. (2) As the seller, if I say no to these fees my equally snotty predator should comply. (3) These are typical buyer's fees not typical seller's fees. Three strikes and you're out. Thanks for nothing - I'm getting a real lawyer. |

| You always have the option to say no, but it does not mean you will get anywhere. Terminate Inspection is a very typical seller expense. As with Water Well testing, Septic tank tests/empty etc.. Bottom line is that if a buyer asks for something, you have the option to say no..
