Seller's remorse


What is the name of your state? CA

I accepted an offer to purchase my house and escrow has been opened for almost 2 weeks. Now I don’t want to sell because I am not able to find a suitable rental that accepts my two dobermans. Giving them up for adoption is not an option. What is the seller’s cost to back outl at this point? Is there any way to lessen the charges? Thank you in advance for your input!

Talk to your agent about asking the buyer's for a rent back to give you a little more time.
