Sellers rights after signed "Offer to Purchase"What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? Massachusetts I have signed an "offer to purchase" on my house, with a contingency of the buyer selling their house. They have had no one looking at their house, can I get out of this contract and do I have to sign the purchase and sale? What kind of "clause" or "contingency" can I put in the Purchase and Sale? Please help, this is happening this Friday! |
