Sellers want to back out

connecticut 3 days before the closing of the house the sellers want to back out. the contract is signed. the sale of the house was a private deal. the contract was drawn up buy the sellers lawyer. they signed sent the contract to my lawyer for review. i signed. can they get out of it.

I don't know, since I can't read the contract.
But if all the contingencies were met, ask your attorney if you have a breach of contract and specific performance case.
