| In Kagel Canyon, CA, Los Angeles County property (not city): if selling home "as-is", then realtor tells owner to pay for new wood on outer facing & for new toilets to be put in--that was not stated in the "as-is" contract; nor was "tenting the house" to rid of termites. What legal stipulations are there w/ "As-is" home sales? |
