Selling After Realtor Contract ExpiresI live in Massachusetts. A couple makes a bid to a realtor and is rejected. The seller's contract expires with a realtor. The seller has yet to relist with any realtor. A couple who saw the home WITH the realtor during open house decides to make a 2nd offer directly to the seller. If the seller accepts the bid, do they have to pay the realtor her fees even though the contract is expired? |
