My question is how do I determine a price for selling and how many years of missed income will they compensate me with. |

| If your property is not part of a eminent domain buy that a local govt agency is part of and its all strictly private party purchase . you should be free to determine what the mkt value of the property is. So name your price and see if they counter with offer. Perhaps it would be wise to have a consultation with a real estate attorney . |
