Need to sell home


What is the name of your state? Arizona I need to sell my grandmothers home and land in Maricopa Az. I have POA. she is disabled due to a stroke she lives with me in California. Her ex-husband divorced her in 1977 and has not been seen since now he wants me to sell the house and give him money. he has not paid any taxes on the property since the divorce

What does the divorce decree say in regards to the disposiion of the real property?
