selling home with a lein on it.What is the name of your state? NJ I want to sell my home and purchase another. With the proceeds of the sale I want to payoff any old debt that are still linguring. I want this new house to be a new beginning and straighten out my credit. My secound mortgage comapany has put a lein on the house. If I sell the house will the lein be taken care of at the closing table? I only want to pay it off either way. Or should I try even with my bad credit to get an equity loan and pay off everything before selling the house? If I do that would it hurt my chanse for a pre-approval for a new mortgage? Thanks in advance for all your help. |

| You should be able to pay any liens at closing or to escrow funds from the sale to pay off any liens on the property.

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport! |

| So writer, is the sales price more than the aggregate amount of the 2 mortgages? |

| Yes the amount should be more than enough to cover the mortgages as well as any leins. |
