selling home AS IS to my kids

I recently inherited a home in Texas from my ex husband. It is my intention to sell the home to our grown children who presently reside in it. The property (loan) has been paid off in full and I have received the "deed" from the will executor. I have not yet changed the deed into my name.
My children have paid me (in cash) the agreed on amount for the home.

Am I correct in understanding that all I need to do is have the deed filed in my name and then the buyers ( my kids) name?

The house deal is an "AS IS" agreement between us.

Do I HAVE to have any other paperwork filed ?

I am in a different state and any paperwork needing to be done by both parties would be very difficult and time consumer.

What are the Texas absolute requirements when a home is sold from one family member to another in an AS IS agreement and no financing is required?

Thanks in advance for ANY and ALL help I can get.

Hire an attorney to do all the paperwork and recording for you. Between relatives as such, you can sell "as-is" and there is no disclosure statement required. Notwithstanding, you hire or have the buyer hire a home inspector.

Thank you, and yes I had determined that a lawyer would be required by me if only for the reason that I am in a different state and not able to do the deed filing myself. I guess I need to be a little more clear in what information I am seeking.

What will I be requiring the lawyer to do for me? Will he be merely sending someone down to the City Records Dept and filing the deed? Will I be needing anything other services to complete my desired transaction? Is there additional info that will be required of me that may take time for me to aquire before the lawyer can proceed that is other than the obvious such as identification info of the people involved or property identification/location information etc? Are there any tax papers that need to be located in order for me to sell?

I'm very sorry if I sound like a complete idiot, I am not. I am simply ignorant in this domain of reality.

I am trying to go into this with a little information to avoid being completely " taken" because of my ignorance. It almost seems too easy and I was taught that what looks too good to be true probably is too good to be true.

Thank you again.

Your personal attorney should be asked those questions.
