My response:

So, basically, what you're asking is for one of us to write you a book on the subject.

Did you ever think of using a Realtor?

If you want to do this on your own, did you ever think of buying a book on the subject at a book store?

Hey...I dont have any advice but the last response was kinda hateful??? I too, am n that boat, trying to sell and buy at the same time, needing to use my equity as a down. You have to coordinate with a lender AND realtor. We are putting offers on homes with the contingency that we sell our home. Realtors are clever with their wording about contingnecies to give it a try.

**A: that's the difference between you and the writer. You are using Realtor and a real estate attorney. That's the prudent thing to do.
