Selling House/Divorce

What is the name of your state?IL
My wife and I have been in a new house for only the past 6 weeks approximately. We are possibly headed down the road of divorce and I wish to start the process of selling the house. What are the penalities that would incur since we have only occupied the property less than 2 years?
