selling a mobile home

What is the name of your state? Pennsylvania

I own a mobile home in a trailer park. The home is completely paid for, I pay lot rent to the owner of the park. I am planning to sell my home within the next year. My neighbors, who are trying to sell their home now, just told me that the park owner is not allowing new tenants in the park if they have a low credit score. My neighbors have had two buyers back out of the sale due to this.

I would like to know if what the park owner is doing is legal. What he is doing, refusing new tenants (and prospective buyers) on the basis of their credit score, is going to make it very, very difficult for me to sell my home.

Does anyone know if this is legal? What can I do about this?

**A: the trailer park owner has a right to ONLY accept qualified renters.

I guess the question now is how do I go about selling my house if the landlord refuses to rent to the new buyers? Is there any way around this?

If they don't meet the park owner's approval, they can buy it, but they will have to find somewhere else to park it.
