| i am selling my home in ohio. the buyer is gitting an fha loan. the loan was not approved due to the inspection. all problems were fixed and now the loan is approved. the buyer now is going to be out of town on the closing date and doesn't want to close on that date. all terms and conditions were agreed to about a month ago. does the buyer have any legal right to back out of the closing? what ations can i take? |
